Situation:

A growing bakery was looking to move their supplies from their existing warehouse to an online, systematic and scalable solution. The company’s ultimate goal was to continue to expand and eventually franchise.

Solution:

American provided a business process outsource solution for the client where we moved approximately $350,000 in product to our warehouse and established an eCommerce website for managing all bakery requests. This included labels, custom candy decorations, apparel along with other incentive items.

Success:

The program not only exceeded customer timeline expectations but launched with training support to immediately become an effective customer solution. The process saved the customer approximately $1.5 million in total distribution costs and allowed them to focus on their core business of making and selling bakery treats, rather than distributing supplies.
